Sarah Galloway is passionate about helping clients develop their leadership talent to achieve their strategic agenda and to have a positive impact on the world. Based in London, Sarah co-leads the global Sustainability Sector for Russell Reynolds Associates. She works with clients across all manufacturing sectors, working with quoted, private and private equity-backed firms. She advises clients on challenging leadership issues at both the executive and board level, conducting succession plans and leadership assessment and development.
