Seema Nayyar is a business writer and editor based in Philadelphia. She has written about trade, digital disruption, climate change and the evolving employment landscape for The Economist Group. In her more than two decades as a journalist, she has written and edited for Newsweek, Money, Advertising Age, BrandWeek and Family Circle, where she researched, reported and wrote the magazine’s annual feature, "10 Best Towns for Families." Seema is a former editor-in-chief of the erstwhile American Demographics magazine. She graduated from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism a lifetime ago.
