As an ICF-certified Executive Coach with accreditation in The Game Changer Index, Shannon designed the pioneering People A-R-E™ Model and the Shared Value Cycle™ to support corporate clients who are committed to advancing their people and their purpose.
She has mentored, coached and trained more than 1,000 professionals within high-profile organizations such as BSR, CEMEX, Forum for the Future, Kering, Quantis, and SustainAbility and combines 15+ years of advising the C-Suite and intrapreneurs at Adobe, GE Capital, Barclays, Deloitte, and WWF.
For more than five years Shannon has been writing a column for GreenBiz and has been featured in the Huffington Post, the Guardian, Triple Pundit and CSR Wire. She speaks regularly at global conferences including for Hitachi, BSR, Kering, and Net Impact.
Originally from Washington, DC and having lived and worked in Chile, Italy, Switzerland and the UK, Shannon speaks Spanish and French. She now supports change leaders from both sides of the “pond” but lives in Cambridge, England.
