Shannon is a packaging engineer with over 10 years of experience developing product packaging with a passion for learning and improving processes. Her areas of expertise include package design and qualification, leading large scale packaging projects across multiple company functions, cost savings initiatives, development of continuous improvement methods, building and maintaining supplier capability and relationships, as well as creation of training modules, skill building and people development. Shannon's knowledge of packaging materials includes corrugate, cartonboard, plastics, and films across primary, secondary and tertiary packaging. She is interested in new and emerging packaging technologies, skills and methods.
