Kwik Lok
Stephanie Jackson has always loved a challenge whether it’s owning her women’s clothing store for 18 years, starting a new career in health coaching or running the NYC marathon. Any chance she gets to learn, commit and dedicate herself to improving her life and making an impact in her community or world she is up for.
In 2015, Stephanie’s father suddenly passed away leaving the family business, Kwik Lok to her and her two sisters. Excited and honored for the opportunity to be a part of this family legacy, Jackson has risen to the challenge along with her sisters to lead this 3rd generation company into the future. One of the main ideals that is important to Stephanie and her sisters as their family business reaches across the globe is the concept of “family first”. In the last 4 years, Stephanie and her sisters have focused on implementing several changes: major plant remodels, initiating a corporate social responsibility program through out the company, developing a fiduciary board, company wide employee surveys, cross-training amongst departments, and developing a sustainable closure to name a few. Stephanie is thrilled with the enthusiasm of Kwik Lok’s leadership, long time employees and the new CEO who are dedicated to continue the great work of her grandfather and father.
