Steve's primary responsibilities combine frontline recruiting efforts and strategic marketing for both theBard Center for Environmental Policy as well as the Bard MBA in Sustainability. Steve has been a marketing innovator for more than twenty years, working in media, technology, advertising, retail and community small business development. Regardless of scale, Steve has been instrumental in identifying friction with product, marketing and creating holistic solutions to help these various entities achieve scale. Over the course of a diverse career, Steve has worked for both internet startups and multi-national corporations as well as owned and operated an outdoor litefestyle store based here in the Hudson Valley that specializes in sustainably produced outdoor clothing and locally made bodycare products. Steve is on various local non-profit and community boards and his personal and professional interests are sustainable food systems and local economies.
