Terry A’Hearn

Terry A’Hearn is CEO of the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency. Born and bred in Australia, and trained as an economist, he has for several decades strengthened environmental agencies in Australia and the U.K. with innovative regulatory approaches, redirecting resources from low-return compliance processes to high-return business sustainability innovation.
