Ulf Vinneras

Ulf Vinneras is general manager for cross architecture businesses in the newly formed Customer Experience organization at Cisco.

Ulf, who originates from Sweden, grew up in the 70s and 80s in a country that already then had a strong focus on circular economy and recycling. “Growing up in Sweden the environment was a natural part of our day to day life”. This background is something that Ulf have brought with him in his career in the IT industry, and now getting the opportunity to focus on awareness and action around Circular economy closes the loop.

Within his professional career, Ulf has had multiple roles at Cisco, including being based out of Amsterdam, leading the services organization for Africa, and for the past 7 years living in California driving the transformation of service delivery through analytics and automation.

The last 3 years Ulf’s focus have been to lead the team that launched the award-winning Business Critical Services, Cisco’s flagship consulting program.
