Aaron Brinkley is director, sustainability for Digital Realty. Brinkley is an expert on sustainability topics including energy conservation, renewable energy, water conservation, sustainable construction and corporate responsibility reporting. Brinkley is a member of the Board of Directors of the Green Grid and is a founding member of the Sustainability Committee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). Brinkley has written and spoken widely about sustainability in real estate and is the author of the "The Real Estate Solar Investment Handbook: A Commercial Property Guide to Managing Risks and Maximizing Returns." Brinkley is a Registered Architect; LEED Accredited Professional, and has an undergraduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s degree from MIT.
