She is the founder of Singh Solutions, a research and advisory firm offering CSR strategy, reporting and communications services, and a contributory writer for Forbes.com. An IEMA-certified CSR Practitioner, Singh is an active mentor and a frequent speaker on CSR, communication and social media strategies.
Singh served as the senior corporate responsibility editor with Vault.com, where she created, designed and managed the recruitment and hiring industry's first multimedia CSR portal for practitioners, HR professionals, students and thought leaders to engage, debate and discuss issues like innovation, entrepreneurship, social responsibility and employee practices. She also authored Vault's CSR blog: In Good Company, focusing on connecting career paths with CSR, sustainable business practices, diversity and women leadership in the workplace, and how these practices translates into recruitment and strategic development at companies.
Formerly with The Wall Street Journal, Singh is a New York University alumnus and has also written for CNBC, Bloomberg Businessweek, Ethical Performance, Triple Pundit and the ABA's CSR Journal among others.
