Amber Buhl is an engineer at PECI, where she performs technical research associated with HVAC systems and EIS systems, and supports the development of tools to improve and streamline the building commissioning process. She evaluates energy savings opportunities and performs the necessary data analysis for retrocommissioning sites at all stages in the incentive process.
