Carolina Lima Perlingiere has over nine years of experience working on CSR and sustainability issues in the private sector and at international organizations. She is a co-founder of FAUNA, an online marketplace focused on helping consumers of fashion make more sustainable choices by connecting them to sustainable clothing brands from Brazil. Previously, Carolina was the United Nations Global Compact’s Client Engagement Manager for the Americas and Spain, and held positions at the UN-backed Principles for Responsible Investment and the UN Global Compact's LEAD platform. She also worked with the UN Development Programme on analyzing Indonesia's palm oil sector. In addition, Carolina has held in-house positions at a global mining company, where she focused on climate change issues. Carolina holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, a Master of Public Policy from the National University of Singapore, and a BSc in International Relations from IBMEC School in Rio de Janeiro.
