Dasha Rettew is head of member engagement in North American for The Climate Group.

Dasha focuses on engaging The Climate Group's members, the world's 1,000 most influential leaders on climate change, in partnerships that are helping put our economy and earth on track for a cleaner, more prosperous future.

Dasha is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities for these Fortune 500 companies and global cities to take a leadership role in scaling up clean technologies such as LED lighting, electric vehicles and smart buildings. She recently worked in partnership with the New York City Department of Transportation to launch the city's first LED lighting trial in Central Park.

Prior to joining The Climate Group, Dasha supported the U.S. Green Building Council New York Chapter's Programs & Education Committee, which focused on the expansion of the LEED program (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for buildings. In addition, Dasha has held positions consulting for women's micro-enterprise groups in Kenya and educating students about art and environmental issues.
