Greg Fuhs is the Senior Communications Associate for WRI’s Climate and Energy Program (CEP). In this capacity he leads strategic communications efforts for the program, working with staff to identify and promote high-priority projects, publications, and events and to highlight CEP research, analysis, and experts. Greg also provides editorial oversight and support and helps with events planning and management.
Before joining WRI, Greg worked as a writer and editor at the Water Environment Federation in Alexandria, Va., where he managed publications and wrote extensively on water quality and wastewater treatment issues. He also served for four years as a public affairs specialist with the U.S. Army National Guard.
Greg attended George Mason University, where he earned a BA in Government & International Politics and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in environmental science and public policy. He also holds a professional editing certificate from the George Washington University Center for Professional Development.
