Jessica Williams is an analyst at S&P Global Ratings based in London where she works in the Infrastructure practice and contributes to environmental and climate risk research. Her work at S&P Global Ratings currently includes the development of a Green Bond Evaluation product as well as research projects focused on energy transition risk, energy storage, climate policy, ESG risks and the impact of climate & environmental factors on credit ratings. She recently co-led a session on cost benefit analysis at the Oxford Adaptation Academy and has presented S&P research on green bonds and energy storage.
Before joining S&P, Jessica worked at a climate finance think tank based in Venice and a small responsible investment firm based in Mayfair, London.
Jessica has a Bachelor of Science degree within Natural Sciences from Imperial College London. She also holds a Master of Science Degree within Environmental Technology from Imperial College.
