Larissa Koehler

Larissa Koehler is a Climate Change Program legal fellow in the Environmental Defense Fund's San Francisco office. Since joining EDF, Koehler has focused on market integrity, design and operations of the AB32 cap-and-trade regulation. Prior to joining EDF, Koehler held positions in private litigation practice, as well as in the government for the District of Columbia and at the U.S. Department of Energy. Koehler has a Juris Doctor from George Washington University and a bachelor's degree from Princeton University.
