Mohja Rhoads is interested in how technology can enhance quality of life. She has been studying flexibility in the workplace for over a decade. She also has been involved in several large-scale electric vehicle and land-use research projects and has developed emissions methodology for use at the regional and city level. She incorporates many data sources including big data into her research.
Mohja Rhoads received her bachelor's degree in economics and French from Columbia University, her master's degree in urban planning from UCLA and her Ph.D in policy, planning and development from USC.
She is a research consultant and lecturer, and she telecommutes quite often.
