Shannon Houde, MBA, ACC, is a certified Leadership Coach, Management Consultant and Talent Strategist with 20 years serving as a trusted advisor to evolving change leaders from Managers to CEOs. Most recently she was selected as a meta coach to teach on Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence certification program. Ten years ago she founded Walk of Life Coaching, the first international career development and talent advisory business focused on the sustainability, CSR and impact sectors. Shannon has trained more than 1000 professionals over 3000 hours to maximize their personal brands to advance their impact careers. Combining consultancy with in-house roles, she has worked at Adobe, GE Capital, Barclays, Deloitte, and WWF. She has recently supported the growth of leading consultancies, BSR and Quantis, as a contract recruiter, executive coach and talent strategist. For more than five years Shannon has been writing a column for GreenBiz, Purpose & People, and has been featured in the Huffington Post, the Guardian, Triple Pundit and Sustainable Brands. Shannon holds an MBA from Thunderbird and an ICF-ACC certification as an Executive Coach.
