Sitar Mody leads strategy for EDF's innovative Climate Corps program. EDF Climate Corps is a network that accelerates the transition to a low-carbon economy by inspiring, empowering and connecting its leaders. The cornerstone of the network is the EDF Climate Corps fellowship program, which places specially trained graduate students in summer fellowships at Fortune 500 companies, cities and universities to save money through energy management. Prior to EDF, Sitar worked at Net Impact, a global membership organization for MBAs and professionals interested in careers in socially and environmentally responsible business. She has also worked for a medical device innovations start-up company. She brings a background in NGO-Corporate partnerships, network building and sustainability careers. Mody holds a B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
