Dow's Eunice Heath on global sustainability literacy for employees

Eunice Heath, the global director of environment, health, safety and sustainability, oversees the health and safety of over 100,000 employees at Dow. One of her major priorities is employee development, and as a result, Dow pursues many public-private-partnerships, like one with the University of Michigan, to offer new educational and training opportunities.

"What they have the opportunity is to learn about, to unravel what sustainability really is ... what does it mean for business, from an environmental perspective, form a health perspective, in terms of innovation for hte future, for our customers and our markets," she said.
