The Environmental Defense Fund's president, Fred Krupp, on tech's solutions-oriented arc
March 12, 2019
The Environmental Defense Fund's president, Fred Krupp, has been the leader of the NGO for over thirty years. The technology he's seeing now, from clean energy to measurement software and ubiquitous sensing, enables companies to profit off of good environmental performance (and the opposite, as well).
EDF also launched an online solutions center for companies, from "the agriculture to the electronics sectors," to explore and find resources to problems they're facing. Collaboration and transparency are at the heart of the recent work EDF is undertaking.
