What Procter & Gamble is doing to go carbon neutral

Steve Skarda of Procter & Gamble describes how the company has developed its "science-based" greenhouse gas reduction goal and why its renewables procurement process is integral to reaching it.

He explains why the company is participating in a 100-megawatt wind farm and a combined heat and power plant to power their manufacturing plants and facilities in the U.S. "That gives us a lot more clarity about what we are doing 10, 15 years from now. It reduces our volatility. So that’s a win-win for the developer and for P&G," said Skarda at GreenBiz 16.
