March 3, 2014

According to Koomey — research fellow at the Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance at Stanford University and author of "Cold Cash, Cool Climate: Science-Based Advice for Ecological Entrepreneurs" — data and technology are key to sustainability success. Recent tech innovations, from a wind turbine on a kite to a two-wheel EV, are showing the potential for a greener future. "People tend to underestimate the possiblities for change," Koomey told Joel Makower, chairman and executive editor of the GreenBiz Group, at VERGE SF 2013.
