General Mill's latest public target commitment aligns closely with the circular economy: advancing regenerative agriculture. The global food company is developing a sustainable supply chain to drive "stable climate, healthy watersheds, strong ecosystems and better livelihood for farmers." Director of global sourcing & operations sustainability, Kevin O'Donnell, said a set of practices are in place to protect and enhance natural resources in farming communities, such as improving soil health and biodiversity.
