Matt Ellis, CEO & founder of Measurabl, on why the built environment needs ESG data management

November 5, 2018

What happens when you start thinking of tenants as customers of the built environment?

Occupants of buildings — from offices to apartment buildings to public halls — have vested stakes in the management of the property. The data encompasses carbon footprint, water management, regulatory restrictions, certification standards and ratings and even more; measuring, managing and reporting this data is crucial "if we're going to transform this sector," says Ellis.
