Xenia Glutz Von Blotzheim

Xenia is the Corporate Social Responsibility & CSR Communications Director for MYKITA. She holds a fashion management degree from London College of Fashion and has gained extensive marketing and communications experience in various large and small lifestyle, fashion & sportswear companies in Paris, London, and the USA.

She has been working for the Berlin-based company since 2008, first building the global brand department, leading global brand marketing and communications. In 2021 she was given the opportunity to launch a CSR department and oversees the environmental and social impact strategy for the company. In this role she is aiming to reduce the brand’s footprint at all levels. Xenia is a sustainability change agent driven by the ambition of advancing the transformation of business as a force for good, by embedding purpose at the heart of the brand promise.
