Zak Accuardi

Zak Accuardi works with cities across the U.S. to advance equitable, low-carbon transportation policies and projects as part of ACCC. Previously, he consulted on transportation policy and climate change mitigation across a variety of organizations and sectors. He also worked as a senior research associate at TransitCenter, where he co-authored several national policy reports on topics ranging from strategic approaches to public procurement to local transit equity and led research on pre-COVID transit ridership declines. Zak is based in NRDC's Santa Monica office.
